Hello Gordon,

good news - the CD arrived today!
Cause for the delay was that my post code was incorrect - 74549 instead of 71549 - so the package went to the wrong German post region at first and had to be re-addressed by the post to find the way into my letter box.

But now the CD is here and everything is okay.
